I am a personal trainer based in Wandsworth, Southwest London, providing services in and around the Wandsworth and Merton boroughs as well as Southwark, London Bridge and Blackfriars.
With 20 years experience as a fitness professional, I have niched into
strength training and body sculpting for women.
A lot of women still do not know what to do in the gym and struggle knowing correct form, type, frequency and intensity of exercises.
Through a combination of face to face and online personal training I train my clients on how to lift, how much to lift and how to lift to develop specific areas to completely change their body shape.
I specialise in women's fitness and also have a lot of older female clients aged 50+.
Weight trainng for women has been shown to improve body composition, speed up metabolic rate, burn fat while you sleep, improve posture, relieve pain and give you curves you never had before. If you are not incorporating a strength training programme into your fitness routine you are missing out on a key component of fitness and one that is more likely to get you results in the long run.
