Choose between 2 personal training options, to suit lifestyle, convenience and budget.

All options include a tailored nutritional element and weekly email checkins.

Option 1 ~ Train with Me at Home, Outside or in Your Gym
I come to you in the comfort of your own home, your own gym or outdoors.

Little to no equipment is needed (I bring some with me if necessary), just your own body weight and a bottle of water.
​
This option is great if you're pushed for time, a beginner or just need motivation. Many people feel more
comfortable training in privacy.
​
Option 2 ~ Train with Me Online
If you travel often, are pushed for time or simply live abroad, then this is a great option.
​
The last three years have shown us that we can
communicate effectively online via Zoom calls and FaceTime and that counts for fitness training too!
​
I do live, online training with you from wherever you are. As long as I can see you and you can see me, we're good to go. I work across time zones too! (within reason).
​
This is the most cost-effective option.
